Every Second Saturday of each month
Marssa restaurant will offer a Sushi
and Sake class taught by Master
Sushi Chef of Loews Hotels, Chef
Osamu “Fuji"Fuji" Fujita. He will be conducting classes, demonstrating his art,
and personally teaching techniques and the history of Sushi. The two hour class consists of hand on learning, tasting, and Sake Clinic. The Price of Admission is $50 and includes two hours of Sushi & Sake Sessions.
Sake clinics and tasting will be conducted by
Vin Sauvage.
